As usual, I visited orchard long before the Christmas, this year, orchard’s Christmas decoration seems slightly nicer than last 2 years.
Just to share with those do not want to go down to suffer with the crowds..
This is the first time I see a christmas tree that can walk into it.

Good weekend usually starts with good food, After lunch in Manpuku(japanese food) with lotsa Shushi & Japanese Grills, we walking around Tampines One. There is a very special upside-down Christmas tree..

After walking around to ensure all the food are digested, We head on Justin’s house to try his virgin show of KL Hokkien Noodle.

To ensure my stomach is fully filled, Justin also prepared soup that cooked with Lotus root, pork spareribs ＆ Squids(莲藕墨鱼排骨汤)
Such guilty feeling to my diet plan..But lets EAT first!!!
After dinner, Justin start to brew his second home-brew beer for our upcoming Christmas Party.
After mixed & boiled all ingredient, we put it in cold water to cool it down
Pour it in the brew kit, Justin trying to make it more bubbles so that its more effectively fermented.
Cover up..
Now wait for the temperature go down to below 26, then can put in the yeast.
The special yeast, I suppose this should makes the beer nicer
Work done, now its time to enjoy our Carlsberg Special Brew~~~
